Neepsend / Kelham Island has its very own sub culture and has some great local places of interest. So if you are coming down to the office, here are few places to note.
We have two decent restaurants in The Milestone and The Bhaji Shop. Both are located on the Ball Street on either side the bridge. Well worth a visit if you are in the area. The Bhaji Shop has outside seating and is a lovely spot on a nice summers day.
The Fat Cat, more renowned for its real ale also offers a pretty good steak pie as well as some of the best beer in Sheffield.
The Grind Café has been getting better and better in the last year and offers very good food and value for money. The sandwiches are excellent, the lunch menu is quality and they don’t do a bad coffee either. Eat Sheffield winner in 2013.
There are also loads of sandwich shops including The Full Stop and The Crusty Cob.
The Yellow Arch Studios is opposite the office and artists including the Arctic Monkeys and Richard Hawley have recorder there.
The Kelham Island Museum and Brewery both offer tours as does the Sheffield Brewing Company.
